Arranged weirs rotate in a count-clockwise direction. To help the Marine Satellite rotate against the current, the propeller which is placed bottom of it will rotate in a clockwise direction. However, the trash that is tossed about by the waves cannot take into the satellite. Therefore, it requires a transformation to make an appropriate path for accumulation. Now, plastic litter comes into storage through crevices cannot escape back to the sea.

As I said elsewhere, you must say "fishing weirs" the first time you mention weir, which is not a common word in English. It's fishing or dam/canal jargon, so general audiences may not be familiar with what a weir or even a fishing weir is. But if you say "fishing weir" at least I know it's a device used for fishing.

Also, a concept like "propeller" or "arranged weirs" get an "a(n)" in its first appearance in the text. If you've already introduced it (or the reader has some previous/shared knowledge of it), you should use "the."

Here's my version of your text. I'm guessing at your intended meaning at times. Your jargon is unfamiliar to me and I don't understand your image.

"The arranged weirs rotate counterclockwise. A propeller mounted under the weirs pushes the rotation against ocean current. Trash that's tossed about by waves can't enter the satellite's chamber(s). A transformation (?) is needed to make a path for the trash to the inside of the [device]. Trash passes through angled openings and accumulates in the storage chamber(s) where it can't escape back out to sea."

It's not clear to me what a "transformation" is. Some kind of calming stage so that the trash can drift into the trap opening? Also, why do you suddenly say "plastic litter" instead of trash?
