In titles, you always capitalize the first letter and then the first letter in each word. Do not capitalize prepositions(i.e. of, on, over, under) or articles(i.e. a, an, the) unless they are the first word. Also, do not overuse articles. Although, It is funny is technically grammatically correct, when using it colloquially(i.e. in everyday spoken English), English speakers tend to use contractions. (i.e. it's, that's, etc.) Also, when writing diaries or journals, people tend to use them as well since these are informally written most of the time. When choosing to use verbs like drink or drinks, you must first take a look at the noun preceding it.
