I think everyone who doesn't like DBSK anymore because they went against SM Entertainment because SM Entertainment is stealing money from them are stupid. I do listen to SuJu. They are nothing compared to DBSK, although they are not horrible. I am an eternal DBSK fan. No matter where they go or what happens to them, I will follow them. I hope they win the case. I mean, SM Entertainment wouldn't even show the courts the earnings evidence that the courts asked for with the preservation of evidence request and said it's "secret information and it would ruin SM Entertainment if the media found out." By them saying just that, that means that they are doing something illegal. I hope the courts see that and punish SM Entertainment because they are stealing money from every artist they produce because every single contract is the same, so it is happening to and affects everyone. It's just that Junsu, Jaejoong, and Yoochun are the only ones who had the balls to stand up for themselves. I hope they win, and if they have to leave the company, I wish that DBSK will continue solely in Japan. Apparently, they seem to be more accepted there because it looks like DBSK's own country is stabbing them in the back and leaving them on the street like trash. I hope I am not disappointed because I still like S. Korea. DBSK Fighting! and remember Always Keep the Faith!
P.S. I will rewrite this rant in Japanese as soon as I can. Busy starting a new job. Little less free time now.

I love Super Junior and DBSK won and got to keep there name and such :) I still don't believe in SM's ways but they produce great artists/ groups. I prefer JYP Entertainment since seem nicer and have more respect to their artists/ groups (and created Big Bang!).
OMG! MY native English skills were just totally pwned!!!!! I feel like a retard now. Haha. I have been living in the United States for all 21 years of my life. I thought I was very good at my English too. (T_T) Oh, and where does it say that DBSK won the court case?

Oh, I'm so sorry if I made you feel bad~~ Didn't mean it! But I read a few articles about DBSK winning the case against SM when I was looking them up. Is the court case you're talking about recent, because the one I heard about was about SM sueing DBSK when they left SM about rights about the name 'DBSK' - which they won. Is this what you were talking about?
P.S. I heard that per ablum sold, DBSK gets 5cents per album which means abit more than 1 cent per person is it? DBSK has 4 members right?
Nope. I know they won that one. I was talking about the one where DBSk is trying to break the contract with SME because it is a slave contract and they aren't getting paid what they should be. and they do not have enough time to rest. They are allowed one week a year of vacation. and every day other than those seven they only get 3 to 4 hours of sleep. They are literal being worked to death. From what I have been keeping up on, we are just waiting for the courts decision whether DBSK or SME wins the court case involving the slave contract. The decision should be announced either by the end of this month or early next month from what I have read. I hope DBSK wins. They don't deserve the way they are being used by SME. They deserve better.
