Hallo, wie heiße Josh. Ich kann sprechen sie deutsch aber nicht so gut.Ich sprechen englisch and spanisch aber nicht so gut irgendein....So Ja....auf wiedersehen....:D

Wie geht´s? - Is more you use on street and when talkin to someone you know.
Wie geht es dir? - Is the right way to write it , everytime you wanna write is use this and not the shorty one.
Wie geht es? Translation - How goes it. Means: How you doin?
Wie geht es dir ? How goes it with you? Means more like : How you doin? Askin for the mooth and healthy.
only on street you can talk like this its like- Whats up.
