Help with Plum Liqueur (梅酒) Label

Hello everyone. I am producing a label for some plum liqueur (梅酒) I made my friend for his birthday. The picture attached is what I have on the label so far. It is lacking the technical information about the contents. I do not know what information is written on a professional label, so I would appreciate everyone's feedback. The label is for a 750ml bottle. The umeshu was made using Korean soju and standard Japanese rock sugar. I plan to include a few ume in the bottle. I made this umeshu this year. Let me know if there's more information I need to share.

Sorry for not writing this post in Japanese.
Thank you for your help

とってもかわいいラベルですね!!
日本で有名な梅酒メーカーは「チョーヤ」です。

What a cute label!!
In Japan, there is a famous Umeshu company, "Choya".
Here is the website.

In above page, click "詳細" for more detail information.

Alcohol contents is usually written in those label.
I suggest you write "梅酒" in the label.

おいしくできているといいですね。

Hello medusamolly,

Long time no see!

Wow you've finally made up your original plum wine. The label is really nice.
I think the links by yuuku are very useful.

Usually people write these following things on a label;
1 title..Umeshu or Plum wine??
2 interior content (ingredients): plum xx grams, rocked sugar xx grams and Korean soju xx ml (also alcohol content of soju) (if you forgot how much ingredients you used, you can omit it. Just write the ingredients.
3 the date you put the plums into the soju (when it is homemade items, it is really important!)

From these information, your friend will know when it is made and what is in it.
By the way, have you tasted it?

Cheers!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

The store I work at sells Choya brand umeshu. However, the products are produced for export, so all the labeling was in English. Choya is some good umeshu.

I didn't remember the specifics of the products I used, so I opted for simple labeling. I did label the contents as 美味梅酒. :) I hope that my friend enjoys it. I made it for his birthday, which is tomorrow. The batch yielded enough to fill 3 750ml bottles and there's a wee bit left for me. I did try the umeshu while it was being made. It was sweet and warming.

Cheers!
