I've been watching an anime called 「モノノ怪」. They use a lot of archaic Japanese, that I've been trying to learn or at least become familiar with. ^^;
I made a clip from one part I especially liked and typed what I thought I heard:
どこへ出しても恥ずかしくないように躾けて参りました。
末長くよろしくお願い奉ります！
誰だ、貴様！？
どうかどうか、お願い奉ります！
末長く/すえながく was the hardest part. I've never heard a すえ sound in Japanese before.

「末長く」の「末」は、「終わり」のことです。
末長く、というのは、その事の終わりが、ずっと先であるように、つまり「永遠に」というのに近いです。
例えば「末長くお幸せに」というのは、長い間幸せでいてくださいという意味です。
結婚の時だけでなく、ビジネスのシーンでも、「末長いお付き合いをしていただきたいと思っています」などと言う事は可能でしょう。
私は娘がいますが、どこへ出しても恥ずかしくない躾などしてなくて（汗）、今からどうしようかと思っています。＾＾
そうですね、「末」の意味はTenarさんの書いてらっしゃるとおり。
例としては他に、「末っ子」＝the youngest childなどはよく使われる言葉です。
ちなみに、ほかに「すえ」という音の言葉には
「お灸（きゅう）をすえる」という言葉があります。
きつくしかる、という意味です。
