Today I have taken park in orienteering in Bitza woodland park. Distance was about 10km. Seems result will not be good, but I staid satisfied. The main point I have understood what is my problem in orienteering, so I will work on it. I think orienteering will be more interesting when snow will melt. Will be possible to run by azimuth. When snow is up to knees there is no point to go by azimuth, it's slowly and is hard. I have not use compass, even doesn't took it from pocket. More easy way was to follow the path. Distance is greater indeed, but and speed is greater.
I want to try orienteering by relief, you are given map which describes only relief no paths, no vegetation only relief, it will be interesting.

Yes, it matchs (:
Langmutt thank you, you are really very helping me ((:

One question.
Today I have been working hard (we use present perfect)
but
Yesterday I was working hard(we use past simple)
isn't so?

"Today I have been working hard" --continuous activity, work has not necessarily ended, and continues up to the time of speaking.

"Today I worked hard" -- work activity ended before the time of speaking. Simple past.

"Yesterday I was working hard" --continuous activity, usually in context of something else that happened yesterday. For example, "Yesterday I was working hard, until the phone rang, and I had to stop to answer it." or "Yesterday I was working hard all day, getting ready for the next orienteering event." (This example can be expressed as simple past, with equivalent meaning.)

"Yesterday I worked hard" -- simple past.

I hope this helps :)
