Administration: Letter printing, photo copying and scanning, colour (Not sure if it's "colour" and not "color" in NZ... Might want to check) printing (Semicolon is for programming and for omitting a conjunction.)

Writers/Reporters: Colour printing when in the office (or "their offices;" it depends on whether or not they have individual offices.)
