Knit knit knit~
Though I was feeling a bit dizzy this morning, now it seems that I've gotten over a cold! (It's 23:52 now~)
It was quite a feeble one, wasn't it? :P
So today was the 3rd day of the school festival at the university. Since it's Saturday, ridiculous amount of people came, and the whole thing was in such a vibrant atmosphere!
I'm in charge of the cooking of the stall, which students in my major run during the festival. We're divided into four groups, and the food our group makes isn't selling so well...Thanks to that though, I had plenty of free time in the afternoon today:)
After I got home around 4 p.m., I started knitting a sock that was done halfway. (Well, not as much as "half", actually!)
When I was in NZ the last summer, I once dropped in at a wool shop, where I found this lovely ball of wool. The yarn is already dyed with various colours, for a certain pattern to beautifully come out when knitted. I just loved it at once, purchased it, came back to Japan and asked my grandma to mentor me on the very basic knitting methods! :D
And now I'm working on a sock with a wool, which is different from the one I just mentioned. I'm still practising to make sure I can knit a decent cosy one with that pretty wool:)
Knitting, obviously, is quite a productive pastime to have. I feel rewarded when I see how far I've come along. Also, I like the sense of being as if a knitting machine, repeatedly running through the same old handwork. For some reason I love such simple actions.
I appreciate you reading all this!
Be as harsh as possible in correcting my English:D
