about Q1
We say both of "Watashi no ie" "Watashi no uchi". They are totally same meaning.

about Q2
You know, "san" is Japanese honorific title for almost anybody.
We don't put honorific title to our own family when we intoroduce them.
On the other hand, we do put honorific title to someone's family member.
So, we hardly say "Anata no musume". It's lacking "san".
We use "Anata no musumesan" and "Anata no ojo:san".
"ojo:san" will be most polite expression.
