Three questions (三つの問題)

I try to translate some text and had a problem with the next phrase.
I can't find answers in the Internet.
Phrase is:
知らない人についって行っちゃダメってお父さんが。。
This means something like
"My father says that to come with unknown man is bad (idea)" (?)
Google translator show the next phoneticall reading
Shiranai hito ni tsuitte okonatcha dame tte otōsan ga..
1. "tsuitte" (?) Is it really "tsuite" and "tsuitte" is just mistype?
2. "行っちゃ" - is it really "okona-tcha" Or "it-cha"?
行 in this phrase is from "iku" or "okonau" ?
3. "..dame tte otōsan ga.."
what means "tte" ? It means "by the words.." ? Is it conversation shorting or something else?
Too many questions for the simple phrase yet, sorry ;)

"tsuitte" (?) Is it really "tsuite" and "tsuitte" is just mistype? ⇒ I think so. ^^

行 in this phrase is from "iku" or "okonau" ? ⇒ I think "iku" should be used in this sentence. ^^
Is it conversation shorting or something else? ⇒Yes. It's the spoken expression of "～と."
⇒「知らない人について行っちゃダメ。」とお父さんが言いました。
It is "知らない人について行っちゃダメってお父さんが。。" That word is"ついて行く".
"My father says that I should not go with unknown man"
It's just mistype^^ "ついって"have no meaning.
"行っちゃ" is "it-cha" "iccha".
行 is from "iku".
It is same with "ダメ(駄目)だとお父さんが。。。"！You can say "ダメって"or"ダメだって" to your friends or familiy or people on good terms because it's not 敬語！^^
１.「彼は彼女のお兄さんだと聞いた」｢彼は彼女のお兄さんだって聞いた｣,those phrases are same meaning,"I heard that he is her brother."
２．｢到着は午後10時だと言った｣｢到着は午後10時だって言った｣ are "It said that arriving is 10p.m."
