A late X'mas

How did you have X'mas time this year?
I worked and went to English school.
After English school, I bought beers and got home.
I had X'mas time alone at my home.
Usually, everyone has with boyfriend or girlfriend.
But my boyfriend stay in California, so we couldn't have same time this year.
I made X'mas cake at a cooking school the other day.
I made it by my hand every year.
And I eat it with my boyfriend.
I also wanted to eat this X'mas cake together.

今年のクリスマスはどうでしたか？
私は仕事と英会話に行きました。
英会話の後、ビールを買って家に帰りました。
私はクリスマスを家で一人で過ごしました。
普通、みんなは彼氏や彼女と過ごします。
しかし、私の彼氏はカリフォルニアにいて、だから私たちは今年は一緒の時間を過ごせませんでした。
私は先日、料理教室でクリスマスケーキを作りました。
私は毎年手作りします。
そして、彼氏と一緒に食べます。
このクリスマスケーキも一緒に食べたかったなぁ。

How did you spend X'mas time this year?
After English school, I bought beer and went home.
I spent X'mas time alone at my home.
Usually, everyone spends it with their boyfriend or girlfriend.
But my boyfriend is studying in California, so we couldn't spend time together this year. ((It's more natural to specify what he's doing there.))
I made a X'mas cake at a cooking school the other day.
I make it by my hand every year.
In English, there is the saying, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder." When you can spend Christmas with him again it will be wonderful! ^o^
Thank you very much for correcting!I'm sorry to reply late.I was busy recently, so I couldn't see Lang-8 and sleep in bed.I often slept in Kotatsu...(Kotasyu is Japanese heating and sleepng in Kotatsu possible to catch a cold.)

I'm OK becouse I got my day off from the 2nd to the 5th in January.
I think that it was better to write English.
But I can't speak English well yet.
Writing and speaking are different difficult.
So I think that your Japanese also have same pronlem.
