So I must reply but I don't have confidence in my writing.
At first, I'll introduce myself.
My family (father, mother and two younger brothers) live in Aichi (Nagoya).
My job is a rehabilitation therapist (occupational therapist) so I'm working in a Japanese hospital.
I rehabilitate for patients who have had cerebrovascular accidents and dementia.
I have worked for 5 years but I will quit my job for a working holiday during this time.
I think that I want to experience Canadian culture and life-style. (if you want to sound more positive then take out "i think" and just say "I want to experience Canadian culture and life-style.")
Please tell me about your family's rules? if I arrive at Canada.
I want to do my best and study English hard!
I go to English school now but I can't speak well yet.
I'm looking forward to meeting you, too!!

At first, I'll introduce myself.
I'm from Nagoya, Japan but I live in Tokyo alone now. [Alone is normal for people your age in America, especially if you've moved away from home, so unnecessary.]
My family (father, mother and two younger brothers) lives in Aichi (Nagoya).
My job is a rehabilitation therapist (occupational therapist). I work in a Japanese hospital.
My hobby is cooking, making breads, surfing the internet and snowboarding. [surfing the internet? That's not really considered a hobby, any more than reading the newspaper or watching TV might be. Might want to leave that out.]
Please tell me about your family's rule if I arrive at Canada. [This is kind of a strange sentence. Of course they'd tell you what their habits and customs are when you arrive, possibly something more general would be better, such as: "Is there anything you think I should know before I leave so I can be ready?"]
I sent e-mail and my photo yesterday.
I'm looking forward to studying abroad.^0^
