The first job after graduating in my country--Taiwan,
taught me that the most important factor of my job for me,
is my coworker.
Even it's not a high paid job and the location is far from my home-
I have to ride 1 hour to my company,
but I think I'm very lucky to have a good boss at the first job of my life.
My fist boss who names nika, she is a very smart lady.
She knows what she wanna search in her job,
except for the money which could afford her life,
Happiness for herself and for the ones who work with her,
so even it's not always smoothly going on her job,
she's seem always trust nothing could be impossible,
only we have the right work team-
"everyone knows what will be better to do with and realizes that
we're not along to do one thing, we're a team."
Maybe the five years of my work with her have made me get used to
have such kind of conception for work.
For me, I indeed believe that nothing could be impossible,
and trust that only the coworkers enjoy their job and know how to share the happiness with others,
then, that would be the greatest working environment.
Nothing will be more miserable than working in an unhappy place.
To enjoy the job or what I'm doing is most important of all,
