Why Japanese men think it natural that women do household chore and men don't???

It's totally unfair!

I insist on splitting the housework equally.
I do hope to have a little bit more free time at home everyday.
I love an independent man, not depending his housework on his wife such as cleaning his socks, ironing his white shirts and sports cloths which he uses just for his fun, making tea as he like, and so on.

Housework never ends...
Japanese women bear a great burden of housework.
They are busy with house affairs and their own job.

How do you manage to work and housework, and may raise your children at the same time?
