erika : My black shoes (0)

My　black shoes

I bought these black shoes in 2005. I was a member of a sports club. I had to buy them to attend a dance lesson .
There were so many people in the dance class . And they were good at dancing. I couldn’t dance at all.
I just watched their step.
I gave up dancing even though I bought a lot of dance dresses.

Last year I attended a dance party as a cameraman. I was fascinated by elegant movement of dancing while taking pictures. But it was just a dream for me to dance.

Last January I was invited to the dance party as a cameraman again. It was very short time to take pictures of professional dancers. So one of my friends suggested me to bring dance shoes. I brought my shoes though I couldn’t dance at all.

I took this picture there. They danced in Japanese type clothes.

My friend taught me how to walk and step in dance shoes.
She instructed me when we dance we have to keep the body straight. I stood beside the wall and found my body not straight.

She showed me how to step mambo.
Quick quick slow quick quick slow.
Quick quick slow quick quick slow.
I wasn’t good at exercise. But I could step mambo. I was smiling while dancing.
It was fantastic for me to move my body with music.

Now I attend the dance lassons for beginners twice a week.

I practiced waltz for a month.
One two tree One two tree.
Six years ago I didn’t have any friends or instructors to show me how to dance kindly.
But now I can meet good friends and instructors.

I went to Chuou Koukaido to attend the party. I could dance basic jitterbug, waltz and tango.
I wasn’t a cameraman but I took some pictures with a small camera.
I saw a dancer on a wheelchair. He enjoyed dancing with a beautiful girl.
Their dancing was wonderful.
We all can dance.
I’d like to dance in a beautiful dress like these some day in the future.

Why don’t you buy your dance shoes to be in good health and stay young?

erika : Colors (1)

A happy colored book cover

I bought this book as I wanted to get this book cover.
It said this red and pink are happy colors.
I wanted to be happy though I have some bad parts in my body.
Last year I was healthy and I needed not to go to the hospital.
After having a through medical checkup last March,　I was shocked to know my body wasn't healthy anymore.
I tried to read books about health and healing.
I bought a healing goods and oils to warm my body.　I heard warming body would be good for our health. But in this summer it was so hot that I gave up warming my body.
I found colors had healing power.　We don't need to pay any money to see colors.　We can enjoy seeing colors here and there.
Color is light which has some energy.　When we see green color of leaves and mountains ,　we feel relaxed.　When we see the blue sky, we can be broad minded. This is the power of colors.
What color makeｓ us healthy?
We have some color points in our bodies.　They are red,　orange,　yellow,　green,　 pink,

light blue,　dark blue,　light purple and white pointｓ.So we need to see ,wear and eat those colors to be healthy.
If we don't see red or don't wear red clothes,　we lose energy and have an attack of anemia.　We can also eat red vegetables or fruits to be healthy.
What color makeｓ us happy?
We are very comfortable when we see flowers in spring. Their colors are light colors.
So light colors make us happy.　I choose a red lip stick when I have to do hard work.　When I want to be gentle , I choose a pink lip. Colors has a power to decide our mood.
White makes our mind clean and make us start something new.
Peach makes us gentle .Rose gives us love,　beauty and health.　Red gives us energy.
Orange makes us fine.　Green makes us heal.　Turquoise makes our dream come true.
Purple makes our mind and bodies heal.　Silver gives us the power to find real one.
Yellow gives us laugh and good ideas.　Gold gives us money and victory.
We all want to be healthy and happy.　Your dreams will come true using the power of colors.
You don't need to pay any.
In the early morning we can feel golden light from the sun.
This is the most powerful color we can get.
Let's be happier and healthier using colors.

erika : camera (0)

I like taking pictures very much.
I always bring my camera when I go out.
I forget time while taking pictures of flowers and sceneries.
I like moments to push the shutter.
I am impressed to feel different world in a finder.
I went to Kitanotenmangu in Kyoto recently.
:
I didn’t know how to take pictures of plum blossoms as there were so many brances around them. So I took a rest having some Japanese sweets and green tea.
Cameramen there were so eagerly that they took a lot of time in front of one blossom with their cameras.
We need curiosity, concentration and will to learn to take pictures.
I had no sense of instruments. I didn’t know about white balance, ISO, diaphragm 　, shutter speed and exposure.
On that day I wanted to take pictures with diaphragm　 opening　to get fade back.
I didn’t find good plum blossoms to take　pictures. So I walked and walked in the garden.
Finery I found cute plum blossoms in the light.
Light is very important for taking pictures.
I continued pushing the shutter as having been glued to the plum　blossoms..
This is the picture I took there.
looking for a good subject is the first thing we have to do.
I walk around, change angles and watch a subject for a while before taking pictures.
It is said that plum blossoms are beautiful when there are some circles of light in the background.
There is no meaning if the focus isn’t sutable.
I pushed the shutter without breath. It is very difficult to focus with diaphragm　 opening
The diaphragm was 4.5 with a mode given priority to a diaphragm.　We say F 4.5 A mode simply.
I made the exposure minus　to get a dark picture..
I can lighten the picture by a software later. I use picasa
for it. It is a free software of google.
ISO was 200.
ISO is the indication of how sensitive a film is to light.
ISO 100 or 200　seem to be good in the daytime.
ISO 400 is good in the room and the evening and ISO 1,600 is good at night .

If the number of ISO is high, a picture becomes rough.
When I want to enlarge a picture , I lower the number of ISO
It is sure that the focus is desided after pushing
a shutter half.

I move my camera with this position to get a good composition.
I bought a compact digital camera at Nikon shop in Sanda outlet .

I can take pictures automaticaly.

I can take good pictures using this camera.
The close-up picture of the flower is possible if I use macro-function.
You can see a tulip mark here. This is a macro function.

We live in a good country where we can get nice cameras.
I read this book. It says your heart and body become younger when you take pictures.
Having the curiosity and walking around will be good for our health..
I recommend you to take pictures using this kind of compact digital camera.
I’m sure you will become younger

erika : ｓｙllable (6)

I heard about syllable when I was a student. We can see words and syllables in dictionaries.
I haven't known English Haiku should have 5 syllables, 7 syllables and 5 syllables in one Haiku.
So I checked about syllable online. in Japanese.
I also checked about Haiku. It says "Haiku (俳句, haikai verse?) listen (help·info), plural haiku, is a form of Japanese poetry, consisting of 17 moras (or on), in three metrical phrases of 5, 7, and 5 moras respectively.[1] Haiku typically contain a kigo, or seasonal reference, and a kireji or verbal caesura. In Japanese, haiku are traditionally printed in a single vertical line, while haiku in English usually appear in three lines, to parallel the three metrical phrases of Japanese haiku.[2] Previously called hokku, haiku was given its current name by the Japanese writer Masaoka Shiki at the end of the 19th century."

I wrote some Haiku in my last diary. I'll write one of them again.

I like Summer Holidays
very very much
being relaxed

It should have correct syllables.

I like Summer well
being relaxed and excited
during vacation

Actually counting syllables is difficult for me even though I can say these words correctly.
