今月、に私のテニスのクラブの夏の子ども教室が部は始まりました。

毎週土曜日、たくさんの子どもはが来ています。

クラブの予算は限られている（Since the club's budget is limited,）ので、一人のコーチは一人しか雇えません（they can afford to hire onlyone coach.）。

でも、たくさんの子どもたちがクラブに参加しているので、ほかのボランティアのコーチが必要です。（When you say "ほかの," it sounds like the clubalready has some volunteers, so I deleted it. ）

私もそのボランティアコーチの一人です。

若い子どもたち、特に元気な子たちにと仕事するテニスを教えるのはとても楽しいです。（We know that 子ども is young, so you don't need to state that they are young. But if you wanna use an adjective here, use 幼い（おさない） or 小さい instead. 8 years old sounds rather幼い to me. 幼い/小さい sounds younger than 若い. I understand that by "Working with young people," you meant "teaching tennis to kids," so I changed the sentence. Also, I combined the following sentence with this one, because it doesn't really make sense if you separate them.）

とくに元気な子どもです。

声が大きい子どもは、何を考えているか分かりやすいので好きです。（You didn't mention that you "like them"in English, did you? You like noisy kids because it's easy to understand what they're thinking, right?）

主に（おもに＝Mainly）私は女の子たちをコーチしていますが、じつは彼女たちが一番うるさいです！（Haha. That's probably true! :P）

８歳ぐらいの女の子たちなのですが、いつも私と駆けっこ勝負をしようとしてくるので、とても面白いです。（You're talking about the girls who are at about age 8, right? （～と）駆けっこをする＝ run a race with～。駆けっこ is usually usedby (and for) kids, so it'skindof a kid's term, but I think it's suitable to use it in this sentense.I made up a none 駆けっこ勝負： a race with kids. I combined the following sentense with this one, because it flows better.）
