It is hard to refrain from this kind of things.You should keep in your mind that in general people are open to being lazy.
That's why I make it a rule to go to starbucks at 6:00 every morning
since three months ago.
I hope I stick to this habbit after going back to Japan.
Also you can try it, and you can feel as if time passed slower.
