外国人がアメリカで臨床医として働くためには大変な努力が必要です。
It requires very hard efforts for foreigner to work in America as a physician.

彼はそんな困難を克服してアメリカで働いています。
He overcomes the troubles.

私は自分がそんなふうにその困難を乗り越えられるか疑問です。
I wonder I am able to pass the all the difficulty.

もう少し、自分が本当にしたい事はなんなのか良く考えてみようと思います。
I need to ask myself what do I want to do?

In Japan our ancestor didn't have a custom to take shoes.

Old Japanese were fit in taking Japanese sandals.
昔の日本人は草履のようなサンダルになじんでいました。

So Japanese usually don't check their shoes.
だから日本人はあまり自分の靴を調べようとしません。

Check bottom of your shoes.
一回靴の裏を見てください。

If your shoes wear out lateral side,your walking form is not correct.
靴の外側が減っているような場合には歩き方が正しくないのかもしれません。

Nerve block injection is performed to patients who continue their pain despite of taking pain killers.
神経ブロック療法は薬を飲んでいるにもかかわらず痛みが持続している患者に行われる治療です。

A root block is the one of the nerve block injections.
神経根ブロックは神経ブロック療法の一つです。

A root block insert the needle to the root of nerve　directly.
神経根ブロックは直接神経の根元に針を突き刺します。

HOW OUCH　IS　IT！
ものすごく痛いです。

The root block is said that the most painful injection on the earth.

The patient who cannot walk because of pain is able to run after injection!

At that time the referee pushed with Chiyotaikai.
その時レフリーが千代大海と一緒に押し出されました。

The referee was received under the weight of Chiyotaikai.
そのレフリーは千代大海の下敷きになりました。

Chiyotaikai's weight is appreciate 140kg....
千代大海の体重は140kgもあるのです。

The referee was broken his ribs.
そのレフリーは彼のろっ骨を折ったそうです。

I heard that a certain passenger dropped his bottle filled with hydrochloric acid.
ある乗客が塩酸入りの瓶を落として割ってしまったようです。

And the train was filled with abnormal odor and the passengers who rode the train became panic!
電車の中は異臭でいっぱいになり、電車の乗客はパニックになりました。

I think all of them thought "The terrorism attack!"
乗客はみなテロリストの攻撃だと思ったに違いありません。

Fortunateｌy it　was a simple incident.
幸運にもたんなる偶発的な事故でした。

I hope the time which we don't take care for terrorism will come soon.

I will have a health class for citizens in our town tonight.
今晩町の住民向けに健康教室をすることになっています。

I will talk about a prevention of low back pain.
今日は腰痛の予防について話をします。

Low back pain is the most frequent reasons to go to a hospital/a clinic in Japan.
腰痛は日本では病院、医院にかかるもっとも頻度の高い理由の一つです。

So we have to protect ourselves from the symptom.
だから私たちはそれから身を守らなければなりません。

We have to take care of our back every day like take care our teeth every day.
私たちは、毎日歯を磨くように腰にも毎日ケアをしなければなりません。

There are three important things.
3つの重要な事柄があります。

１ The position 姿勢
2 strech and training ストレッチとトレーニング
３　checking your daily life 日常生活の確認

Now I talk about "the position"
今日は姿勢について述べます。

The good position is
よい姿勢とは
1,stretching your spine.
１、背筋を伸ばす
2,sucking in your abdminal muscles.
２、おなかをへこますように力をいれる
3,flexing your knees slightly.
膝を軽く曲げる
4,putting up your hip
お尻をきゅっと持ち上げるようにする

新型インフルエンザも季節性インフルエンザも同じ方法で作られます。

This year because swine influenza vaccines made at first,eggs for seasonal influenza vaccines were not enough.
新型インフルエンザワクチンを最初に作ったので、季節性インフルエンザのためのワクチンは十分ではありません。

The period to make the vaccines is the appropriciate 3-6 months.
ワクチンを作るのには3-6カ月かかります。

The meeting opens at Morioka City,in north of Japan.
盛岡という日本の北の方にある町で行われます。

Tomorrow I will attend the Hip joint meeting at Kyoto.
あすは京都で行われる股関節学会に出席します。

So I'm riding a Shinkansen to Morioka　now.
今盛岡行の新幹線に乗っています。

The trip will have about 5 hours.
5時間の予定です。

And I am going to Kyoto today,I should ride the bullet train from Moriokaat 6:oo p.m.
今日京都に行くつもりなので夕方6時発の新幹線で盛岡をたたねばなりません。

I'm like a super business man today.
まるですごいビジネスマンみたいです。

She came from Illinois,America for exchange program student.
彼女は交換留学生としてアメリカのイリノイから来ていました。

I lived in a rural town in Japan,so we hardly meet people who come from another country.
日本の田舎に住んでいるのでほとんど他所のくにから来る人たちにお会いすることはありません。

I tried to explain her illness in English,She and her company understood my explanation.
英語で何とか病気について説明しました。彼女と付き添いの人も僕の説明を分かってくれたようでした。

But there is an other problem.
しかしべつの問題がありました。

She needed her certification of her illness and her introduction to her home-doctor in America.
彼女は診断書と紹介状がほしいということでした。

Of course in English..
もちろん英語で。

When I was heard that,I was glad to join this site at that time.
このサイトに参加していてよかったなあと思いました。

But I can't write these text enough in detail.
十分に詳細に書くことができませんでした。

I need more train from now.
もっとれんしゅうしなくちゃ。

There are 70 workers in our hospital.
うちの病院には70人働いています。

We could receive the vaccine for only 20 persons.
20人分の ワクチンだけ受け取ることができました。

Our hospital decide that the younger worker must be received the medicine.
うちの病院はより若い職員から治療を受けるべきと決めました。

All the worker is not satisfied.
すべての働き手が納得したわけではありません

It is a good time to work in an early morning.

But there are some troubles to wake up early.
だけど、早起きすることにはいくつか問題があります。
After eating lunch,I usually want some sleep time.
昼ご飯を食べた後、少し眠る時間がほしくなります。
Drinking coffee is not useful for me.
コーヒーを飲んでも効き目がないし。

I work in a small hospital in rural town now.
いま私は田舎町の小さな病院に勤めています。

Since we don't have high level medical device,for example mechanical respirator,we need to translate the patient to another hospital who should be received an intensive care.
人工呼吸器のような高度医療機器を持っていないので、私たちは集中治療を要するような患者さんをほかの病院に転送する必要があります。

I was surprised that patients in our town who had severe sickness occured for each three days.
この3日間にそれぞれ重い病気の患者さんが私たちの町で発症したことには驚きました。

There are not enough to emergency translate system in Japan.
救急移送のシステムは日本では十分に発達していません。

So the doctors have to ride an ambulance with their patients.
だから医者は救急車に一緒に乗っていかなければなりません。

It took about 3 hours！
3時間も乗っているんです。

I felt tired slightly this weekend...
ちょっとこの週末は疲れました。

The typhoon made electric power failure in a wide area.
台風によって広大な地域が停電となりました。

Our town also made power cut.
私たちの町も停電していました。

From 5:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., we lived our life without electric powers.
朝の5時から夜の11時半まで私たちは電気なしで生活していました。

PC,mobile phone,lights and so on were out of order by the lack of powers.
PCや携帯電話、蛍光灯なんかも電池切れで使うことができなくなりました。

We couldn't live without electric power.
電気なしでは全く生活ができませんでした。

I'm really thankful to Thomas Edison.：）

A midium size,but very strong typhoon will attack our local place tomorrow morning.
Today I have to work as night shift,5P.M.-8 A.M., in my hospital.So I must leave my family tonight.

I don't think we will have some trouble.but I'm anxiety.

今日は一日中雨でした。
中型ですが勢力の強い台風があすの朝私たちが住んでいる地方を襲うようです。
今日私は夜勤なので、今晩家族を置いておかなければなりません。
何も起こらないと思いますが、心配です。

There are fewer doctors in Japan than other advanced countries.
And Many doctors are in cities so that fewer doctors in the local place
.
This is the one of the biggest problems in Japan,I think.

To solve the problems,I think it is important that our gourverment will change the policy.
The medical doctors should have a duty to work at the local small hospitals.
And more budget for medical institute not for building may need.

I hope the Japanese medical systems may chage better in the near future.

今日は 学会に参加してきました。
その学会は日本の地域の医療を以下にすべきかということについて話し合う学会でした。

日本は先進国の中で医師が最も少ないです。またその少ない医師は田舎ではなく都会に偏在しています。

この問題は日本の医療問題の中で最も大きなものの一つだと思います。

解決する方法としてまず政府の政策が変わることが必要です。
予算の配分も建物ばかりではなく医療にもっと配分されるべきでしょう。

日本の医療体制がよい方向に変わることを願っています。

I think this try is very good.

The Japanese tend to allow the person who drink heavily.
Morever "Yopparai",a drinker,sometimes means a funny.
But I have heard that A drinker is hated all over the world. Muslim countries forbid the drink alchole.
Why the Japanese like them?

One of the reasons is that Japanese like a festival.
Japanese are thought as polite and calm.But real Japanese like it,I know.
So drinking alchole is a trigger to attend the party.

I'm coming!!




今日はBBQがあります。
うちの病院では職員間の親睦を目的としてこういったアウトドアパーティが月1回催されます。
とてもいいことだと私は思っています。

日本人はお酒を飲む人を許す傾向にあるようです。
それどころか酔っぱらいという言葉の響きには面白い人という意味すらあるようです。
しかし世界的には酔っぱらいは嫌われており、イスラムの国ではアルコール自体が禁止されています。
なぜ日本人は酔っぱらいが好きなのでしょう。

実は日本人はお祭り好きなのです。
一般に日本人は礼儀正しく、穏やかであるといわれていますが、実は騒ぎたがりです。
参加する一つのきっかけとしてお酒を飲むのかもしれません。

Last night I ate a meal at the "Izakaya"(Japanese pub) in Shinjuku,Tokyo.
There were several persons in the shop.
I surprised that all of the people except of me are foreigner.

I took a walk around the park this morning.
I saw several persons who also walked in the park.All of them were foreign travelers,too.

Exactly,I know that Shinjuku is one of the most international city in Japan.
But foreigners are much more for some years.
Is the sightseeing of Japan popular?

2日間東京へリハビリテーションの講義を受けに行ってきました。

昨日の夕飯は新宿の居酒屋で食べたのですが、驚いたことにそのお店にいるヒトが自分以外はみな外国の方でした。

今朝は新宿の公園を散歩しました。そうしたらその最中にすれ違った人たちもまたみな外国の方ばかりでした。

確かに、新宿は日本の中でももっとも国際化された年の内のひとつです。
しかし外国からの旅行者の数はこの数年増えているようです。
日本観光が人気が出てきたのかしら？
