我最近覺得很睏. 晚上睡眠很充足...我每天至少睡六個半小時, 但我還是很睏. 我換了枕頭, 而且有時候會睡午覺. 有沒有睡得好的辦法?

我跟朋友常常去卡拉OK唱老歌, 我特别喜欢鄧麗君的歌...

Sleep quility is also important.
A deep sleep is better than a long one.
