My dearest friends and teachers on Lang-8!

I've been quite busy these days.
From Monday to Friday, I have to attend classes and do as a student teacher at a kindergarten where I work from April and on Saturdays and Sundays, I have to write so many reports and I have a date. haha

By the way, I had nice questions from one of my friends in Australia.
I'm really sorry that my reply was so late.

This is the question and my poor reply in English.

以上の返事はちょっとむずかしいので、わかるために何度も読む必要でしょう。
実は、この例文は「-てある」の例としてあまりよくなさそうです。それに他の形もあります。

それでは、実の質問はこれです…つまり、この形の区別は何でしょうか？
〜てある > present tense (ex. He teaches us English.)
〜てあった>past tense (ex. He taught us English.)
〜られた（る）> passive voice (ex.We are(were) taught English by him.)
〜られている>passive voice,present perfect (ex. We have been taught English by him.)
〜られていた>passive voice,past perfect (ex. We had been taught English by him.)

それで、自分で答えようとすれば、こういう感じがします…

〜てある
動作は完成して、現在にも完成したままがいつまでも続く I agree!
例えば、「ダンピアの本が書いてある。だから、オーストラリアのことを知ることができる。」

〜てあった
過去に動作は完成して、その時期にその完成した状態は関係があったが、今は、そのままに今まで続いても続かなくても関係はない
例えば、「１7世紀にダンピアの本はもう書いてあったので、ヨーロッパの人々はオーストラリアの存在を知るようになった。」

〜られている
今、動作が起こった状態にある
でも、「〜てある」との区別はよくわかりません。
例えば、「ローリングの最初の小説は書かれている。よく売るだろう？」

〜られた
過去に動作が起こったが、今はそのままにあってもなくても関係がない
でも、「〜てある」「〜てあった」との区別はよくわかりません。
例えば、「ローリングの最初の小説は何年に書かれたのか。」「１９９７年だったと思う。」

〜られていた
過去に動作が起こって、その動作の結果は関係があったが、今はそのままにあってもなくても関係はない
でも、「〜られた」「〜てあった」との区別は全然わかりません。
例えば、「一昨年、ローリングの最初の小説は書かれていた。よく売った。」
