Yes, you can call it "cell" but I don't like to. I call it my cell phone or just my phone. When I think of the word "cell" I think of biological cells so it's kind of weird for me. That is all just my situation though, not everyone feels that way.

No. :[ My cell phone is gone and I won't be getting it back. My parents said they would buy me a new one for my birthday though so it's alright.

"はだかになる" is a idiomatic phrase. Well, I think that you say this in English "get naked".

For example, let's say some basic sentences;
1.わたしははだかになった。(polite form:わたしははだかになりました)
2.わたしははだかだった。(polite form:わたしははだかでした)
3.はだかのひとたちがいた。 (polite form:はだかのひとたちがいました)
I think that these sentences means;
1. I got naked.
2. I was naked.
3. There were naked people.
