disconnect between ideal and reality

I'm going to a graduate school next year but I feel anxiety about the decision.
I intended to study at a graduate school after graduating from a university, not getting a job.
Because of some reason, I decided to work for few years.
Now I have worked for 3 years and got older than before, and feel anxiety about quitting my job by thinking of after finishing the study.
