These days my son is crazy for cutting paper. (Refer to the above picture.)
I fold a paper and draw lines, then he cuts the paper along the lines.

I have a question.
How do you say "切り紙をして遊ぶ" in English ?
He enjoys cutting paper??
Does this make sense?

"He enjoys cutting paper" sounds more general.

I'm not sure we have a name for this type of craft. To show that you don't just mean cutting paper you could swap the words around:

He enjoys Paper Cutting

as if "Paper Cutting" (with capital letters) is the name of a craft, but this isn't perfect.

Also, "paper cut" means the sort of cut on your finger you get from a piece of paper - the one that really stings!

I agree with chequer, that "cutting paper" sounds a bit general.

I changed it to, "crazy about paper crafts." Saying this helps express he really enjoys making things out of paper.
Those are so cute! ^^ He is very good at cutting!
