Здравсвуйте!
как давно я не написать в мой журнале потому что я всегда очень занятый. Сегодня, я хочу говорить о мои хобби. Кагда у меня свободное время, обычно играть в гэиме с мои друзьями. Если погода хорошо,мне тоже нравиться ходить за рыба с моя женой. Вы уже знаете что, мне тоже нравиться изучать многа языков, да? хорошо, это всё за тенерь. Я хочу благодарить за читаете мой журнал. Спасибо бальшой

"Т" как раз произносится, это "в" не произносится :) Произносится что-то вроде "здраствуйте".
Concerning тоже/также... Compare the following sentences:
1) Мой брат изучает русский. Я _тоже_ изучаю русский.
2) Я изучаю японский. Я _также_ изучаю русский.
"Тоже" is used when comparing to someone else, discussing similarities. "Также" is used as a conjunction in enumerating/listing some facts. "Также" does not always imply similarities, it might just enumerate.
Well, to be precise, the following case is also correct:
1a) Мой брат изучает русский. Я _также_ изучаю русский.
Here "также" implies similarity and is somewhat identical to "тоже". But this one sounds really formal, and wouldn't be used in spoken language, yet it would be used in some scientific article, for example, instead of "тоже", which is more colloquial word.
Concerning нравиться/нравится... This one is one of the most common mistakes native Russian speakers make! :) And yet the grammar for this one is extremely simple, so most foreigners stop making it right away :) Here it is:
You say "нравиться" when you the question to this word would be "What to do?"
Example: Нравиться людям сложно. // It is difficult to be liked by people.
The question would be: что делать (сложно)? // What is it difficult to do?
You say "нравится" when the question would be "What is someone doing?"
Example: Он мне нравится. // I like him.
The question is: Что (он) делает? // What is he doing? [[Well, to be precise, this question is not really logically correct, due to context, but it does well its job in grammatical sense.]]
