It’s sunday today, I had a rested at home, but because my friends for their working left me at home for work.

I was angry at them.

I walked nearby went to open the windows and opened i found what out that it was a beautiful day outside!

The view outside was really nice. ,blue sky, cool windy the wind was cooling,and the air was fresh air, and the leaves were golden leaves,. I like the golden autumn bring me more moodas it uplifts my spirits.

Even if so, I still didn't still move my step anymore,and keep me into confined myself in my room.

just because one didnt to do anything,hoped to keep calm for having one day. (sorry I do not really understand this, can't help you :P)

in the end i yYet I was afraided of staying one alone at home, as usual i always so contravent.... (by the way is there such a word as "contravent"??)

but sure i I was not mad. (Doesn't this sentence contradict the sentence which mentioned that you were angry with your friends?)
