Point ing out students' wrong pronunciation is not be in accurate English sentence.
All pair work must be done in English only. [OR It is not permitted to speak in other languages besides English.]
Advise students on how to improve their pronunciation. [OR Give advice to students~]
If students cannot pronounce, penalize the students. [OR give students a penalty.]

Make sure that you (the teacher) It is never leaves always uses that accuret accurate English pronouciation pronunciation.
If students cannot pronounciation pronounce correctly, make students them pay a penalty. Comment: It is not clear here whether individual students, groups of students, or the entire class, would be penalized.

I thought making students embarassed or ashamed might make it worse because they won't practice...
Not at all Japanese teachers give students penalty.
but occasionally penalty good effect.
I want to think about giving penaly more :D
