My family has a field.
Every morning, a lot of flesh vegetables was birthed.
Especially, many cucumber was getting by my father.

Every morning, there are a lot of fresh vegetables. [One speaks of growing plants, but one does not speak of plants being born ("birthed" is not a word). "Fresh" and "flesh" are two different words. Fresh = 新鮮; flesh = 肉, 肉体.]
Especially, my father picks/gathers many cucumbers.

My family has a field garden. Comment: I'm assuming your plot is a few acres or less. Fields are usually 40 acres or more. If your plot is that big, "field" is correct.
