I don´T met my grandmother because she
died 10 years before i born.
But i guess that if my grandmother were alive
she must be very funny and happy and she smile every time and we
can go to the cinema or any place to talk and take a coffee.
If my grandmother be alive she may buy me clothes and
many candies and ice creams and she will take me to
visit disneyland!!

Because you are talking about hypothetical things, you use the 'subjunctive tense': is --> were; may --> might; will/must --> would.

I never met my (maternal) grandmother either. Hopefully, you have at least been able to meet you other grandmother.

Instead of "my grandmother is dead", you could say "my grandmother passed away".

For example: "It's too bad that my grandmother passed away".

It sounds much nicer than saying someone "is dead".

Por ejemplo, "It's too bad that my grandmother passed away."

Eso suena mucho mejor que decir que alguen "is dead". Eso suena un poco mal.
