Let me give you an advice.
You have just started learning Japanese, so it is really not suggested that you start learning how to write kanji yet.
I have read many advices that suggest that you should expose yourself to as many listening and reading materials as you can. It is good to get a sense of readings of kanji, and to learn to recognize and read them >before< you learn to write them.
I think that soon I might post a scan of kanji written by me in one of my journals. But I couldn't learn to write so many kanji without knowing their readings, and without being able to recognize many of them.
So my advice is, leave writing off for now. Listen to Japanese, read Japanese and have fun for now~ :>
Don't worry that you can't understand a lot of it. You will get used to it, and then it will get easier.
