This is not a complete sentence. Perhaps you meant for the title and the first sentence to be combined? (which, by the way, also wouldn't be a complete sentence) A complete sentence needs a subject and a verb. So it could be, for example, "I want to create art work centering on my sense of values."
And, I am acting free and happily. Don't start a sentence with the word "and."
