Have you seen somebody who knell on the urban street for begging the passerby for money .some of them are disabled ,others beg for money by writing a paper which write some words as I don’t have enough money for the tuition fee or don’t have enough money to buy the ticket for going home. multiform begger appear at the street.Should begging be legalized?
It is not doubt that some people think that the government should make the begging legalized.as the saying that all jobs are equal.we should respect them and get them a hand who are in trouble now.we should help those disadvantaged minority.hower some people think that if make the begging leglalized ,that will be unfair. all job are equal ,but there is a prerequisite that we earn our living by our hard. The begger only knell on the street to ask the passgerby for money.they only sell their wretchedness.comparatively, if the money a begger begging is as much as a worker who spend so much effort on their work ,it is unfair.
In my opinion,it shouldn’t make the begging leglalized.first,some beggers don’t do their hard to earn money .they only find the excuse for their laziness.second it is unfair for the people who earn by their hard.last but not least,there is a fraud willmigerl who dress up as a begger for the menoy.the government should complete the system to ensure the real disadvantaged minority
