Many years, I had thought negative things about running exercise.
Because I had thought running exercise caused massive damage to tendons and bones.
Last Saturday, I bought a book written by a sports trainer.
This book gave me a safe approach of running and provided me convincing explanations.

For this reason, I started daily running yesterday.
And I will challenge longer distance step by step.

I stopped walking as I began school ... so I don't have time to do exercises but, instead of running .. I don't use the elevator . I use the stairs (9 th floor)
