Each city has its own most beautiful season.
For example, Kyoto is very cloudy in December and January.
But in February, clouds move to mountains around Kyoto. But the snow sometimes blows down from mountains. For this reason, in February, it snows in Kyoto despite clear sky.
Because of coldness, most of sightseers avoid visiting Kyoto in February but I think Kyoto in February is the most beautiful.

On the other hand, I think this is the best season to visit Tokyo.
Because Tokyo is cloudless and very festive at this time of year.

At the end, I introduce you my favorite videos in Youtube.
