Also, "de manera que parece que voy a hablar sobre eso." means that it seams that you are going to talk about that, therefore, like you are sure, I used "por lo tanto" meaning something like "therefore", you can also use "por eso" or other.)

(ok lets see, first of all (I may not be native, but I speak spanish for like 7 years now and am 100% sure of this) the traduction above that changed "y" for "e" is wrong, "e" is used in stead of "y" when the next word begins with an "i" or an "hi" (whit unpronounced "h") or, if they exist, with an "y". Second, the reason why there are to "lo" is that the first one belongs to "verlo" (a verb itself, I will not explain it now, maybe another time) and the other belongs to the combination "lo más" (supperlative, in other situations may be "el más" or "la más" ).)
