There is a lot of snow in 2 days. The warehouse employee and I cleared the snow from the sidewalk with a shovel. Snow is usual in this season.
Also, snow will continue to fall tomorrow.
二日には雪が沢山あります。倉庫員と私は歩道の雪市シャベルで片付けていた。この時期に雪が降るのは、ふつうではない。そして、明日は雪が降っている。

そして、明日もは雪が降るでしょうっている。

And it all had gone already when I woke up. Kinda disappointed. ^^;
この時期に雪が降るのは、ふつうです。("ふつうではない"だと、"Snow is unusual in this season"になります。)
「また終わっていねえんだよ！」
[ I was aiming for a rude way to say it, just for a title. Because I hear many times from ignorant people, I believe this is a slang term of the sentence. Now that I think about it, it's kinda rude to write to those who are reading.]
Talking to friends, Can I use this sentence? (somewhat)

In generally, I do not recommend to use it. As Sako-san said, it is very rude expression. When I hear this sentence, I feel uneducated or discourtesy. In addition to that, it is guys expression.
Talking to friends, it really depends on the accent/stress on the sentence. I think it is same as English that the accent/stress is very important when you use a rude sentence. I recommend not to use it to especially elder person.
