I worry too much the end of holiday or Sunday evenings, I don't know what I worry. I want to change the routine pattern but how..?
To make it small, clear and simple, I need to write all what I worry. First of all, write big category and then small details stuff. To set a goal is very important but to give up realistically is much more important. So, pick the priority and rearrange the order of worrying list and then throw it rest of it. Do it the top priority but what I really hate to do it. Time is limited. Just accept the limits. It helps me relaxed.

I don't need to do the best. I just don't want to do the worst.

The corrections in blue are suggestions and the ones in red are more important. I hope it helps!
