Finally, I'm home!!
やっと帰った！！！
Work was meant to end around 2 hours ago, but I've only just finished.
仕事は２時前に終わられることになっていたが、今終わったばかりだよ！
The manager usually makes people work overtime, so I'm exhausted!
部長はよく残業を働かせるので、疲れているよ
Everyday I'm made to work overtime, The pay is pretty bad..
Actually, I want a new job.

仕事は２時前に終わられることになっていたがけど（「けど」 is more better than 「が」. It's a colloquial ）、今終わったばかりだよ！
毎日残業させられるし、賃金（This word is not wrong. But Japanese almost use 「給料」. 「給料」 means a salary.)が低いし。。
Often I'm made to work overtime, too(T_T)It makes me tired.

This case,correct word is 「時給」.
「時給」means you get paid in an hour.
英語が下手なので説明がわかりにくいかも(^_^;)
