日本の国内総生産は世界で二番目に高く、世界で最も平均余命が高い国です。（Certainly, Japanese “has high GDP” in English expression, but we usually don't say like “have the GDP” very often. 国内総生産 is a noun, so you should use 日本の国内総生産—Japanese GDP is...— even if you mean that “has the GDP”. or you can also say “二番目に高いGDPを誇り” in this sentence. this is my personal opinion.）
