The man was in the top position during the first round of the car race. He and his team were doing their best, whereas other drivers weren't. Now the rule of the car race was, however, suddenly changed to allow everyone get the first prize because many of them had troubles with engines or out of gas. All supporters of other cars became happy, but I was supporting the top driver. Honestly, I feel something wrong.

Yesterday the quotes of Japanese mega banks blew up on the Tokyo stock exchange.

Although I still can not identify the news source, the market reacted to the news of Nikkei Newspaper saying that the Basel Committee is going to delay the start day for the regulation of the world bank system soon. Especially, the quotes of Mizuho (8411.T), Mitsui (8316.T), Aozora (8304), and Shinsei (8303.T) rose more than 10 %, because they currently lack the strength to clear the core Tier 1 criteria of the Basel Committee (Basel II). This is very reasonable because of the G20 agreement, but I actually feel that it is too late to show up. I already wrote about this in my previous journal a long time ago. Primarily, I will welcome this committee members' decision that helps the recovery of the world economy, although I think that almost all of the mega banks eventually need to issue new stocks soon.

But I have a mixed feeling on this.

I also wrote that Mitsubishi UFJ (MTU, 8306.T) is going to issue massive stocks to clear the Basel II criteria in series of my journals. Although I (and hopefully you, too) have already gained thousands dollars by the strategy shown in my journals, the return rate by trading the MTU stock is now lower than those of other mega banks which have not issued new stocks yet. Although I believe that the return with those stocks will be no longer expected to be higher than that with the MTU one during the rest of this month, I feel that this is not fair!
