Dieting

I’m thinking that I should go on a diet. But I can’t do it well so far. When I eat something, I unconsciously eat heavy meal such as meat and oily food. I don’t like my weak will.

I’m a type of person that I relieve my stress by eating a lot. Therefore, I’m not good at dieting. How can I avoid the food which I want to eat?
