If you eat other food first then maybe you won't be hungry for your favorite food. You can also exercise to lose weight, but it's much easier to stop eating as much unhealthy food. Imagine yourself after losing weight and maybe that will help. There are so many disadvantages to being overweight, so try to have a stronger will. You can do it.
