She wouldn't have lost her job if the agency hadn't been bought by another company

She wouldn't have been lost her job had the another company not buy the agency.

I can not distinguish the difference between them ,and why use this kind of grammar.

She wouldn't have been lost her job had the another company not buy the agency.
She wouldn't have lost her job had the other company not bought the agency.

Well I can say is the second one is just incorrect the first sentence is correct. The first one would be more commonly used in writing and conversation. For the second sentence, you would always use bought because it occurred in the past.
