下記の文章の意味があまりわかりませんので、手伝ってくれませんか。
１．「もっとも、このテレビの存在には、一つ間違うととんでもないことになりかねないという怖さもある。」
Originally, there was mistakenly thought that a terrible thing could happen because of TV.
２．「以前に、報道番組で暴力事件をあらかじめ計画しておき、それをニュースとして流すという事件が起こった」
Some violent thing was organised in advance and reported as news. （本当の暴力じゃないという意味だかもしれませんか？）
３．「また、人の手を加えた写真が情報写真として使われたこともあった」
Also fake photographs were used as news photographs
４．「ある部分を切り取って見せるテレビの画面や写真は事実そのままではなく、どうしても与える側の作品となってしまうということが、報道側だけでなく、与えられる側にも分かっていたのである。
It wasn't just the reports, but the people who were shown the fake photos and TV reports also understood they were fake.
