長い間探していたけど、やっと新しい患者を受け入れてくれる医者を見つけました！
私の虫歯が抜けてしまったので、早く行かないといけないのです。
今日仕事を仕上げた後でバスで歯医者に登録しに行きます。

わざわざ日本に戻ってきていました・・・

In the UK there are two types of dentists (or some dentists take two types of patients) - private dentists and NHS (National Health Service) dentists. You have to register with a dentist before you can see them for an appointment, but they only register a limited number of NHS patients.
They half-privatised the dental system, so it's easy to get a dentist if you have lots of money. But if you aren't rich and want to pay the normal price, you have to find an NHS dentist first!
