Rotation!
I passed the exam! I'm a doctor in Okinawa now:)
The conference starts at 7:30 every day.
I feel happy if I can come home at 8pm.
I have evening shifts twice per week. (It means that I have to work from 7:30 in the morning to 8pm at the next day. )
The pay is low.
This is the Japanese resident program.
But Okinawa is really nice place! Beautiful beach, nice wind, not cold!

But Okinawa is a really nice place!
What sort of conference is it? Could it be "consultations" that start at 7:30 every day?

This is the Japanese residency program. It's probably better to stick to "resident" when referring to an actual person only and "residency" to describe your program.
