Is “Make Love” in the lyric of music sexually explicit?

I've heard a lot “Make love” in the lyrics of Japanese pop music recently.
A lot of kids don't know the meaning of that so they sing loudly “Making love” without hesitation.
I feel uneasy.
When native English speakers listen to these music, they associate make love with sex?
Do they imagine these music are sexually explicit lyrics?
This video is KARA：a Korean pop music group is very popular in Japan.
My husband and I like it, let's go to karaoke to sing the song!

最近、J-popの歌詞にメイクラブという言葉を頻繁に聞きます。
子供たちはその言葉の意味を知らないから、メイクラブとなんの躊躇もなしに大声で歌っています。
なんだかハラハラしてしまいます。
ネイティブがこういう歌を聞くと、make loveはsexと連想するんでしょうか？
彼らは性的に露骨な歌詞だと思うのでしょうか？

A lot of Many kids don't know the meaning of that so they sing loudly “Making love” without hesitation. ("A lot of" is not wrong but "many" sounds slightly better. This is because "a lot" is used a lot too often in English, so often it's better to try and use something else.)
When native English speakers listen to these this kind of music / such music / these songs, they associate make love with sex? ("Music" is a word that has no plural, so you can't say "these music" because "these" means more than one. If you want to refer to different types of music, you need to say something like "this kind of music" or "these types of music".)
Do they imagine think/feel these music songs are have sexually explicit lyrics?

I think that long ago in English, "make love" meant to "woo" or "to court" somebody but the meaning has gradually become more and more associated with having sex.
It's probably still not 100% clear, so it's a phrase a songwriter could use but when accused of writing sexually explicit lyrics, he or she could always claim, "Oh, I didn't mean it THAT way!"
So I guess it is not secually explicit but sexually implicit!
Actually, I think "making love" is a slightly old-fashioned sounding phrase in English now.
And we sing English songs but we don't know the meaning of phrases.
On the other hand, non-Japanese people wear strange kanji(Chinese charactor) T-shirts.
I didn't know “woo” so I checked it in my dictionary.

Yes, as you said, the producers make young cute girls sing such music.
It's more about the love than the sex.

My workmates listen to radio all day at work and some of the songs are really bad. I was going to say I'm a very conservative Christian and am offended by the songs so they had to stop playing it but really I just think the music is crap.
However nobody knows 嵐's music in your office. haha
