Do you always have a house party?
I usually host a house party at least twice a month.
I had a house party tonight.
～TODAY'S MENU～
・Carrot Soup
・Potato salad
・Sweet cherry tomatoes marinated
・Pate of duck meat
・Pasta with eggplant & tomato sauce
・taco chips dip in been paste
・Quiche with lots of vegetables
My flatmate prepared 2 dishes as a present.
・Cake sale
・Tandoori chicken
Five of my friends came by my house today.
My guests for tonight were from the previous two companies that I work for.
I have continuous communication with my prior or former co-workers.
It's nice to keep in touch with my previous colleagues.
I have different group of friends.
I meet a lot of people from different schools or activities that I join.
House party is good communication tools.
I hope that many people have a house party.

I am not sure that someone would say that this was a present (though maybe this is correct in this case) but how about these suggestions:
'My flatmate prepared 2 dishes as a favour to me"
'My flatmate helped me by preparing 2 of the dishes'

'continuous communication' is very formal. It is more common to say:
'I keep in touch with my former co-workers'
Cultural note - in the UK we usually say 'colleagues'. 'Co-worker' is more commonly used in the USA.
It's nice to keep in touch with my previous colleagues.
