2.It will take you about 20 hours to get there by a train from 哈尔滨 and you can take a sleep on the train.

１ 知識層っぽい人なら、英語も大丈夫です。
もし、香港のグループがいたら、声を掛けてみるといいです。
割と親切に教えてくれて、グループに入れてくれたりします。
２ ハルピン始発なので、多分大丈夫です。ハルピンのホテルで手配してくれます。

其实北极村通大巴，票价仅20元。而且中间经停胭脂沟。
There are buses between 漠河县 and 北极村
timesheet is as follow:
漠河县发车时间：8：40 14：00 18：00
北极村发车时间：6：10 12：00 16：20
You should pay attention not to take some buses out of the bus station. The drivers in some buses will increase the fee you should pay.
Please also be careful about the thief and coldness.
