本当にひどいです。
ご愁傷様です。
私の友だちは仙台にいる、よかったに彼女は大丈夫です。
日本のRed Crossへ、お金に早くを介して。
皆さんは大丈夫ですか。
そして、行方不明者にあきらめないで。
気をつけてください。

I've seen the news about the tsunami.
It's terrible.
My condolences.
My friend lives in Sendai, but luckily she is okay.
I donated some money to the Japanese Red cross as soon as I could.
Is everyone alright (how are you all doing)?
And if you're still missing someone, don't give up.

そして、行方不明者の探索をにあきらめないで。

ご愁傷様です。This is not wrong but I wouldn't use just this in this sentence..because this term is used with ironic intent sometimes. I would just say お悔やみ申し上げます。
