Most Japanese people have a fear of speaking English.
Having many reasons, they can't get over it.
In my office, people can't answer anything when they take a international phone call.
On the other hand, there is an Japanese IT company starting Englishnization from the last year.
Their moves shocked Japan.
Some said it would be inefficient, others called it idiotic.
But I think their effort will be a great oppotunity in a long-term view.

Here's a suggestion, you can also use "overcome" instead of "get over". =)

It's the first time I'm seeing this new word called Englishnization haha.

A singular form should be used because you were referring to their movement of Englishnization.
But I think their effort will be a great opportunity in a long-term view.
